Changes to Deliveries and Closure Period this December 2023
It’s that time of year again.
Here are our Christmas closure and delivery updates;
The final order cut off date before Christmas will be Sunday 17th December.
Some delivery days will change over the christmas period, so please refer to our calendar or check in your subscription for updated information.
Special note: For all customers in Far North Queensland, South Australian, Western Australia and Tasmania, your delivery days will change. To ensure you get an order before Christmas Day, you must order by cut off Sunday 10th December. Any orders placed on cut off Sunday the 17th December, will arrive after Christmas.
There will be NO DELIVERIES Christmas day.
Our kitchen will be closed from 24th December-30th December.
This means there will be no orders placed for order cut off Sunday 24th December.
All live subscriptions will automatically be skipped for the 24th December.
Please log into your dashboard if you need any further clarifiactaion.
Our next order cut off date will be Sunday 31st December.
You can still order online any time during the Christmas period.
So, what to do if you still need meals the week we are closed?
You have the option of ordering double meals on our last cut off and freezing half of them.
Essy, Ivy and Cel will be online and able to assist you if you need help with your Christmas orders over the christmas period. Please reach out and trust someone will get back to you as quickly as we can.
We encourage you to log into your account and double check your next few orders, before the final cut off date on Sunday the 17th of December.
